This is the Karthigai deepam week. I took this photo at the Sri Subramania swamy devasthanam at Batu Caves (near KL) in Malaysia. This Murugan statue is 140 feet tall. A colossal structure that can be seen from many miles afar.

This is nature's wonder.
At the base of the hill, at the ground level, depiction of scenes from the Ramayana was too good.

This is a great photo.
I never knew Lord Muruga is famous in Malaysia.
Last I heard Tirupathi swamy was earlier a Murugan.
