IS DELHI THE MOST UNSAFE CITY FOR WOMEN ?

Everyday when I read the newspaper , I wonder if there is another city where there is more Crime against Women ? Delhi leads the list with all kinds of heinous crimes committed against Women. Its ironical that the National Capital has been setting such a bad example ..
