Issue of "foreign" Consultants

After weeks of deliberation, the Govt has finally yielded to the left's demands and has scrapped the policy advisory groups containing foreign consultants from World Bank,Asian Development Bank (ADB), Mckinsey & Co.

This incident has once again exposed the double Standards of the Indian Communists(CPM). Communists refuse to accept experts from World Bank,ADB,Mckinsey & Co in the Planning Commission's Advisory Groups but West Bengal Govt is using McKinsey to revamp its agro and IT sectors, ADB to clean up the Kolkata Municipal Corporation mess and accept aid from the UK government to restructure its dying PSUs.
