Actions speak louder than words. When the entire country is talking about uplifting Rural India , One man and his team are quietly doing it. Meet Prof. Ashok Jhunjhunwala ( Professor, Dept of Electrical Engineering of IIT, Madras,India). He incubates companies which come up with affordable,low-priced,high-tech products targetted towards the poor of India.Be it his WLL(Wireless Local Loop) for telecom connectivity in Rural areas or TeNet group which he has been intrumental in creating , this man truly believes that " Internet can transform Rural India" . Kudos to such altruistic souls .
