For Milind it was Gautam Menon himself and for Jyothika it was Suchitra i think.

i didnt know Bombay Jaishree dubbed for Jyotika in PKMC. One more professional singer dubbing the voice. so far i know, Anuradha Sriram for Kiran in Anbe Sivam and Chinmayee for Boomika in JOK and for Thanisha in Unnaale Unnaale.
