More than anything, what intrigues me, is the State sponsored terror and state underwritten goondaism. If the state, that is supposed to upload the peace of the region does all this, where would that leave the general public?

can't agree more than what you said. a funny poster near my house...the UPA alliance of tamilnadu is calling a bandh to press the central government on sethusamudram project. (where the central is also ruled by UPA)
