Dubai Photos - The Arabian Desert



It was mid-afternoon. The sun was beating down on us . But what an effect it created on the sands ! The sands glistened like gold and created some memorable "photographic" moments. Here is the first in the series of photos that took during the recent Dubai trip.

Tanjong Rhu Beach , Langkawi


Silken Sand. Amazingly clear water. Beautiful islands that are close by. Tanjong Rhu beach is a "must visit" place in Langkawi. I took this photo on a hot afternoon. No wonder the beach is deserted :-)

Photo of the week - Sunset at Wat Arun, Bangkok



Wat Arun is the pride of Bangkok. This Wat is named after the hindu god of Dawn, Arun ( Aruna , charioteer of Lord Surya). The missile shaped 82m tall Prang is a wonderful sight to watch.I took this photograph during the sunset.
